Connect a provider

Which key each provider needs, where to create it, and exactly what Lamdy reads with it.

Every connection uses a key that can read billing and usage, never one that sends requests on your behalf. Lamdy verifies the key with the provider before saving it, so a wrong or under-privileged key is refused straight away with the provider's own reason.

Supported providers

ProviderKeyWhat Lamdy reads
OpenAIAdmin API keyDaily cost by model, project and API key.
AnthropicAdmin API keyDaily cost and tokens by model, workspace and API key.
DeepgramAPI keyDollars by model, streaming or pre-recorded, project and key, plus your prepaid balance.
ElevenLabsAPI keyCredits used per model per day, and your plan.
Vercel AI GatewayAPI keySpend and tokens by model and upstream provider.
AzureService principalAzure OpenAI and AI services cost by model, input/output and resource group.
CursorAdmin API keyUsage-based spend and tokens by model and member, plus seats and cycle spend.
OpenRouterManagement keyCost and tokens by model, workspace and the provider that served each call. OpenRouter keeps up to 30 days of activity.

Each key link opens the provider's own site. Lamdy never asks for a password or a full-access key.

Steps

  1. Open Providers and click Connect on the provider.
  2. Follow the link in the drawer to create the key on the provider's site, and copy it.
  3. Paste it, choose how much history to import (30 days, or 90 on Growth and above), and click Connect.

The provider then appears under Connected, under Providers in the sidebar, and on Integrations, where Fetch latest re-reads just that provider.

Coming with the Lamdy SDK

Google Gemini, Together AI, Fireworks AI don't offer a billing API that a read-only key can use, so they will connect through the Lamdy SDK, which is coming soon.

Replacing or removing a key

On Providers, click Delete key on the connected provider. The key is erased at once; spend already imported stays until you delete the workspace or your account. To rotate a key, delete it and connect the new one. Only owners and admins can connect or delete keys.

Good to know

A key only sees what it's allowed to see. If a provider organisation has several projects or workspaces, use a key for the whole organisation to see all of its spend.
