Workspaces and team
Personal and team workspaces, roles, invitations, switching, leaving and deleting.
A workspace holds everything Lamdy knows about one company or team: provider keys, imported spend, alerts, rules, Stripe revenue and members. Each workspace has its own plan, and nothing is shared between workspaces.
Your personal workspace
Everyone gets a personal workspace when they sign up. It's shown under your email in the account menu at the top of the sidebar. It's a good place to try Lamdy, and it is deleted together with your account.
Create a team workspace
- Click your email at the top of the sidebar.
- Choose Create workspace, enter your company or team name, and click Create.
You become its owner and Lamdy switches to it. Team workspaces are part of the Growth plan and above, and one person can own up to 10.
Switch workspaces
Use the same account menu. Lamdy remembers the workspace you last used, on every device you sign in on.

Only the owner can remove an admin. The owner can't be removed.
Invite people
- Open Team and enter their email and role.
- They receive a link that works for 7 days, only for that email address, and only once. A forwarded link is useless to anyone else.
How many people can join depends on the plan: 1 on Free, 5 on Growth, 15 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.
Leave or delete
- Leave a workspace from the Team page. Your account and other workspaces are untouched.
- Delete a team workspace from Settings (owner only) by typing its name. Its keys, spend, rules, alerts and memberships are deleted for everyone.
- Delete your account from Settings. Your personal workspace goes with it. If you own a team workspace that still has other members, remove them or delete that workspace first.
